Job Description:

• Checking daily incoming payments and identifying failed collections
• Call and follow up with Hirers that are in default
• Issuance of 4th/5th schedules to Hirers
• Arranging for repossession of vehicles
• Arrange for tender auctions of vehicles
• Liase with lawyers for litigation and following up with the company's solicitors in enforcing legal action against debtors
• Handling customers' enquiries on repossessed vehicles and redemption cases.
• Handling disposal of repossessed vehicles.
• Handling the recovery of shortfall after the disposal of vehicles from tender sales.

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years of credit control experience will be advantageous
• Organized, meticulous and systematic
• Able to communicate well at all levels
• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills and good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (to handle queries from Chinese speaking clients)
• "New to Industry" are welcome to apply
• Interest in automotive industry

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday- 0845am-0545pm
• Alternate Saurdays- 0845am- 1245pm
• 5.5 days work week (alternate Sat off)
• Pay range from $2500 onwards (depending on experience)
