Responsibilities
Requirements
- Develop comprehensive project plans for gym and pool
- Oversee equipment procurement and installation of gym and pool systems.
- Ensure all work complies with design specifications, safety standards, and operational requirements.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective Coordinate daily operations of gym and pool facilities to ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise housekeeping, lifeguard, and maintenance teams to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate staff training on first aid, and safe equipment handling.
- Supervise a team (trainers, lifeguards, maintenance staff etc).
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, functionality, and ambiance across all gym and pool areas.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Exercise Science, Business Administration
