We are expanding and looking for motivated Sales Consultants / Employment Agents (EAs) to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer enquiries and match suitable helpers to employers
• Conduct interviews with employers and helpers (in person or online)
• Prepare biodata and manage documentation for work permit applications
• Provide after-sales follow-up and customer service

Requirements

• Experience in maid agency / customer service / sales preferred
• EA licence or prior experience as an employment consultant is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual (English + one other language such as Bahasa Indonesia, Burmese, Tagalog or Chinese) is a plus
• Motivated, responsible, and service-minded
• Able to work independently and as a team
