Responsibilities:

• Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations in accordance to company SOPs and standards
• Maintain excellent levels customer service and customer satisfaction
• Design menus, replenish of goods & ingredients and continuously make necessary improvements
• Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
• Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
• Manage KPI's, schedules, policies and procedures
• Report to management on sales and productivity preformance

Qualifications

• Proven food and beverage management experience, with cafe-related experience preferred
• Communication and leadership skills
• Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
• Customer-oriented and service-minded
• Ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently
• Ability to multiple tasks
• Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets

Location: East

Working Days: 6 work days per week

Salary Range: $3,000 - $3,600
