Roles & Responsibilities
You will independently manage the full spectrum of employer and MDW matters.
Sales & Client Management
- Handle end-to-end sales-from first enquiry to successful placement.
- Respond to customer enquiries in a friendly, professional manner.
- Understand employer requirements and provide tailored recommendations.
- Arrange and conduct interviews between employers and helpers.
- Close placements and provide post-placement follow-up and service.
FDW Sourcing & Matching
- Interview helpers; compile and maintain biodata, experience, and job history.
- Match employer requirements with helper profiles to ensure best fit.
Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare all deployment documents: Security Bond, Employment Contract, Service Agreement, Rest Day Form, Safety Agreement, etc.
- Apply for and manage all Work Permit transactions via MOM's WP Online.
- Coordinate MOM processes such as card collection and thumbprinting.
- Liaise with MOM officers on matters requiring clarification or advice.
- Handle embassy submissions, administrative paperwork, and billing follow-ups.
Mediation & After-Sales
- Mediate professionally between employer and helper to resolve issues.
- Provide consistent after-sales support to ensure smooth employment.
