Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in an intensive, multi-disciplinary training programme covering core technologies including Java development, web technologies, and foundational aspects of Business Analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams-developers, analysts, and business stakeholders-to understand client requirements and translate them into effective digital solutions.
• Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of software applications, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
• Support Business Analysts in documenting requirements, creating models, and preparing use cases and user stories.
• Engage in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and workshops to continuously enhance technical and analytical skills.
• Work on real-world projects across various domains to contribute to client success, gaining practical experience in development, analysis, and solution delivery.

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate with a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
• Demonstrated interest or exposure to Java, web development technologies, and basic understanding of Business Analysis concepts.
• Basic programming skills in Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar languages.
