Job Scopes:
Requirements (Qualification & Experience):
- Produce 3D and BIM drawings for trades such as Architectural, Structural, Mechanical & Electrical System. Include single line layout and system schematic.
- Prepare and present 3D models during BIM meetings.
- Prepare drawings submission format, including title block, notes and legends, drawing to scale , etc.
Requirements (Qualification & Experience):
- Diploma or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services, Architectural or Structural Engineering with more than 4 years of working experience in construction, design, drafting and/ or coordination (services)
- Formally trained in BIM (Specialist Diploma or BCAA or equivalent Modelling Training Certification), preferably with at least 2 years of experience in services coordination using BIM or BIM management and modelling in a design, engineering or construction firm for a large project.
- Shall be trained for each respective discipline for Architecture, Civil & Structural and M&E Services
