Job Responsibilities
§ Verify payment requests from operation team against arrival notice and invoices
§ Process payments in different modes almost every day
§ Update cash book against bank transactions at least twice a day
§ Monitor cash and bank balance all the time
§ Ensure to update and prepare payment vouchers for auto giro deduction
§ Monitor each vendor's due dates and process monthly payments to vendors before due dates
§ Ensure all custom GST payments have corresponding debit notes
§ Upload all payments to SAP on time
§ Perform monthly bank reconciliation
§ Ensure timely recording of all suppliers' invoices into SAP
§ Check suppliers' SOA against AP aging monthly
§ Prepare monthly Vendor Performance Report
§ Create Vendor codes into G-Trane
§ Update greenhouse gas emission report required by HQ
§ Verify petty cash vouchers and prepare payments for replenishment
§ Liaise with auditors and prepare AP reconciliation and reports as requested by auditors
§ Input actual costs into G-Trane
§ Update weekly exchange rates
§ Cover some AR tasks while colleague is on leave
§ Ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager
Requirement for the role
§ Diploma in Accounting or Finance
§ 2 years experiences preferably in logistics industry
§ Fresh graduates are welcome but must be willing to learn. Training will be provided.
§ Proficient in Microsoft Excel
§ Experience in using SAP software is a plus
§ Positive work attitude and willingness to learn
Others
§ Singaporeans / Permanent Residents preferred.
§ Able to start work immediately or within short notice
§ 5-day work week (Mon to Fri)
