Responsibilities

Lead Calling

✅ Make outbound calls to leads, introducing our wellness services.

✅ Identify customer needs and recommend suitable treatments/packages.

✅ Set appointments for consultations or trials at our outlets.

✅ Follow up with prospects to convert them into paying customers.

Customer Engagement & Sales

✅ Provide professional and engaging explanations of services.

✅ Address inquiries, handle objections, and offer promotional incentives.

✅ Maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients.

Tracking & Reporting

✅ Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and customer responses.

✅ Provide daily/weekly reports on lead conversion and performance.

Requirements

✔ Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferably in wellness, beauty, or healthcare).

✔ Strong communication and persuasion skills with a confident phone presence.

✔ Sales-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.

✔ Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.

✔ Basic knowledge of wellness and beauty services is a plus.

✔ Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome! Training will be provided.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 9-6.30pm
