This role reports to the Deputy Operations Lead/Clinic Operations Manager, subject to experience. Bridgepoint Health is an operating entity of Sheares Healthcare. This is a patient facing role in a fast-growing ambulatory care group. This role involves patient service, physician support and managing a group of clinic assistants. You are the go-to person for the clinic and will be expected to lead a small team to deliver exceptional patient experience at Bridgepoint Clinics.

The Role

• Manage day-to-day clinic operations and patient flow.
• Supervise and schedule clinic staff (doctors, nurses, assistants).
• Ensure excellent patient service and handle feedback/complaints.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic SOPs.
• Oversee procurement, stock, and claims submission.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and clinic performance.
• Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives

The Person

• Able to work shifts and on weekends, evenings and Public Holidays. Split shifts may be needed.
• Cross deployment to neighboring clinics on an as-needed basis.
• Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant experience in hospitality or healthcare industry is preferred.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience working in operations. Preferably with experience managing teams.
• Minimum GCE "O" Levels.
