We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to support daily kitchen operations in our Japanese restaurant. You will assist the chefs in food preparation, washing, cleaning, and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation (cutting vegetables, basic cooking tasks).
• Wash dishes, utensils, and maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas.
• Support chefs during busy service periods.
• Handle ingredient storage and waste disposal properly.
• Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Hardworking, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
