Job Description:

The Sales Merchandiser position at Chung Hwa Food is essential for growing our presence within retail stores and ensuring our products are well-represented and accessible to customers. This role involves securing fair spaces, building strong relationships with store personnel, and maintaining high standards of product presentation and availability.

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in sales, merchandising, or retail operations.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with retail data analysis tools is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally to visit and service stores.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• Secure Taiwan product fair spaces within retail stores.
• Negotiate and sell products into stores, ensuring optimal placement and visibility.

Retail Engagement:

• Visit retail stores to maintain product availability, replenish stock, and ensure merchandising standards are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure displays are tidy, appropriately stocked, and aligned with promotional plans.

Sales and Promotion:

• Work with marketing and sales teams to plan and execute promotional activities, including in-store displays and sampling events.
• Gather market insights and customer feedback to improve sales performance and propose strategies for growth.

Store Servicing:

• Provide timely and professional service to stores by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring smooth operations.
• Track and analyze sales data to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
