Job Description

• Assist passengers requiring special assistance during arrivals and departures.
• Operate buggy vehicles to transport passengers between terminal gates and aircraft.
• Deliver personalized support to passengers with unique needs, such as those with mobility challenges, unaccompanied minors and elderly travelers.

Requirements

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Prior hands-on experience in customer service operations is an advantage.
• Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in airline or airport customer service.
• Willing to work on a 6-day roster, including rotating shifts (day and night shift) and public holidays, in line with airport operational requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Must uphold excellent personal grooming and hygiene standards, presenting a neat and professional image at all times.
