As a Nurse Manager (Renal Dialysis), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversees the efficient operation of all nursing functions within the assigned dialysis clinic(s).
• Conduct regular staff performance appraisals and oversee the professional growth and development of nurses.
• Optimise resource utilisation in collaboration with the operations team to enhance service efficiency.
• Address and resolve patient experience issues, providing effective service recovery when required.
• Collaborate with acute and community care partners to ensure seamless continuity of care for patients.
• Any other ad hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in Nursing with valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration
