Better Craft Co. is looking for humble, hardworking and driven individuals to join our growing kitchen team for our various concepts in Singapore. You must possess a strong passion for food, and good interpersonal skills to work well in a team. Depending on your job performance and leadership potential, you may have the opportunities to rotate across our various outlets and concepts or progress to become the future leaders of our kitchens.

Skills Required:
Able to communicate in basic English/Chinese
Able to handle stress and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Able to work well in a team-based environment

Job Responsibilities:
Setting up various kitchen workstations
Preparing and producing mise en place
Running and expediting line service
Upholding food quality and kitchen hygiene standards at all times
Complying with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of the various outlets
Maintaining the cleanliness and serviceability of kitchen equipment and work environment
