Requirements
Working Days & Retail Hours
- Attend to walk-in customer
- Provide products knowledge & recommendation to customer
- Replenish & Display merchandise
- Put back merchandise to its displayed location
- Cashiering
- Provide simple watch servicing (eg. change watch battery, change watch strap, adjust watch link, etc... (on-the-job training)
- Follow-up after sales service
- Perform monthly & annually stock take, or as instructed
- General housekeeping - keep the shop clean & neat at all times.
- Polite & provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Minimium 1 year retail experience in timepieces industry
- Good communication skills
- Able to converse in English & Mandarin
- Proactive, Responsible, Integrity, Meticulous, Committed
- Customer service oriented
- Sales driven personality
- Tech savvy
Working Days & Retail Hours
- 5 days work week (including weekends & public holidays)
- 2 off days per week
- Retail hours: 11am - 9pm
- Salary: Basic S$1,800 - 2,000(depends on experience)
- Commission (after probation)
