• Be the technology strategist for Quantum-Safe Networks, Digital Integration, and Emerging Telco solutions
• Define architectural blueprints, standards, reference models, and roadmaps for adoption of QKD, PQC, 5G/6G, and edge innovations.
• Incubate innovation prototypes and showcase solutions in collaboration with product, and engineering teams.
• Represent the organisation in global standards, industry forums, and strategic partnerships.
• Mentor drive knowledge transfer on advanced architectures, DevSecOps practices, and secure development.

External Engagement & Co-Creation

• Partner with enterprise clients, governments, and ecosystem partners to co-create secure digital infrastructure solutions.
• Engage in design thinking workshops, innovation sprints, and technical deep dives with clients.
• Translate complex concepts (QKD, PQC, edge, APIs, privacy tech) into clear business propositions and use cases.
• Support sales and account teams as the technical authority during bids, proposals, and customer engagements.
• Serve as trusted advisor to CxOs on digital transformation, quantum security, and telco innovation adoption.

Skills for Success:

Technical Expertise

• Deep hands-on and integration expertise in Quantum-Safe Cryptography (QKD, PQC, QKMS) and secure architectures.
• Strong background in telecoms and digital infrastructure (5G/6G, MEC, satellites, APIs, privacy tech).
• Proficiency in modern development languages (Python, JavaScript, C/C++) and Agile/DevSecOps toolchains.
• Good working knowledge of SQL with RDMBS (like MySQL, MariaDB), semi-structured DB like key-value stores and graph databases, and time-series databases. Understanding of data and visualisation platforms like Grafana, ELK, Power BI.
• Familiarity with cloud-native platforms, microservices, and digital integration frameworks.
• Understanding of cybersecurity standards, compliance frameworks, and interoperability challenges.

Strategic & Client Engagement Skills

• Proven ability to act as both internal strategist and external client solutions lead.
• Experience in running co-creation sessions, solution showcases, and workshops with clients.
• Strong communicator able to engage both deeply technical teams and senior executives.
• Demonstrated collaboration across business units, geographies, and external partners.

Professional Background

• 7-15 years in telecom, digital platforms, or cybersecurity with a focus on emerging technologies.
• Track record in solution architecture, development and prototyping, and enterprise adoption.
• Exposure to standards bodies, research consortiums, or open-source communities is a plus.
