Your Role:
  • As our Sales Manager, you'll be a key driver of growth. This isn't just a sales role - it's an opportunity to help shape the business and build strong customer relationships from the ground up.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales plans for our biofertilizer products
  2. Build and manage relationships with farmers, distributors, retailers, and urban farms
  3. Identify new business opportunities and sales channels
  4. Work closely with founders to shape sales strategies
  5. Collect market insights to guide product development and positioning


Requirements:
  • Proven sales or business development experience (agriculture or sustainable products a plus)
  • Strong network in farming, landscaping, or urban agriculture sectors (preferred)
  • Self-starter, comfortable working in a startup environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong network-building ability and customer focus
  • Passion for sustainability and green innovation
