Your Role:
- As our Sales Manager, you'll be a key driver of growth. This isn't just a sales role - it's an opportunity to help shape the business and build strong customer relationships from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans for our biofertilizer products
- Build and manage relationships with farmers, distributors, retailers, and urban farms
- Identify new business opportunities and sales channels
- Work closely with founders to shape sales strategies
- Collect market insights to guide product development and positioning
Requirements:
- Proven sales or business development experience (agriculture or sustainable products a plus)
- Strong network in farming, landscaping, or urban agriculture sectors (preferred)
- Self-starter, comfortable working in a startup environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong network-building ability and customer focus
- Passion for sustainability and green innovation
