Job Responsibilities
Job Requirements
- Manage and support customers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia.
- Follow up on sales leads and prepare competitive quotations.
- Oversee the entire sales process - from quotation to order fulfilment - ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Track and achieve sales targets while forecasting revenue performance.
- Monitor market trends and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
- Work closely with customers to identify business opportunities, provide technical support, and resolve issues effectively.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, partners, and distributors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the customer base.
- Prepare and present both internal and external sales reports.
Job Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in the semiconductor industry will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external clients.
- Proven ability to build and sustain productive relationships with customers, partners, and distributors.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong ability to understand needs and deliver customized solutions.
