Job Description

Drive Food & Beverages Operations

  1. Executive strategies to achieve sales targets according to customers' profile;
  2. Translate business requirements into sales plans for execution;
  3. Drive relationship building with industry players for business opportunities and partnerships; and
  4. Perform food services activities during operation hours.

Drive Service and Operational Excellence

  1. Build guest relations to enhance return visits;
  2. Innovate new ideas (e.g. social media marketing initiatives & etc.) to enhance guest experience and revenue generation;
  3. Manage service recovery for escalated guests' concerns and feedback;
  4. Analyse guest satisfaction levels and feedback for service improvement and relationship management;
  5. Manage team's services performance in response to guests' needs and request to ensure guest satisfaction; and
  6. Interact with guests to gather feedback on service quality.

Manage Customer Experience

  1. Develop initiatives to minimise customer service performance gaps;
  2. Analyse current customers' profiles and preference to provide targeted recommendations;
  3. Execute customer service standards within the outlet to drive company's customer experience goals; and
  4. Develop and implement customer loyalty strategies.

Guide Continuous Improvement Activities

  1. Analyse sales and customer service performance to identify opportunities for innovation, improved work practices and deployment of emerging technologies;
  2. Propose continuous improvement initiatives to management for implementation;
  3. Plan and implement continuous improvement activities to address customer service gaps; and
  4. Monitor and review performance of continuous improvement activities


Job Requirement

  • Possess relevant degree in hospitality, marketing and related fields;
  • At least 1 Year of working experience in the Food Sevices / Hospitality Industry;
  • Experienced in operating Point-of-Sales / CRM systems;
  • Proficient in food services operations;
  • Proficient in customer experience/relations operations;
  • Well groomed and resourceful;
  • Possess excellent problem solving skills;
  • Ability to adapt and maintain composure in stressful situations;
  • Able to work in flexible schedules (including weekends, evenings, and public holidays);
  • Comfortable to perform food services activities; and
  • Comfortable working with multi-cultural teams and customers
