  • Location: Ubi
  • Working Days: 5.5 days
  • Working hours : 8:30am - 5:30pm , 8:30am - 12:30pm
  • Salary : $1,800 - $2,800 [Depends on experience]
  • Experienced with basic office software and Google Workspace (Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate sales orders and invoices; manage data entry.
  • Organise and maintain case files (digital and physical).
  • Track case deadlines and ensure timely packing and delivery.
  • Verify case contents, including lab-fabricated components and paperwork.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies; liaise with vendors.
  • Handle communication via email, phone, and messaging.
  • Maintain and update social media pages (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Coordinate courier pickups and deliveries.
