Working hours 830-530pm (Mon-Fri), 830-1pm (Sat)

Duties:

• Provide secretarial support to the manager;
• Support sales to provide admin support including preparing of quotations, invoices, authority forms;
• Coordinate with the service providers of logistics for the incoming shipment and local delivery and any other operations related to the business;
• Communicate with colleagues at all levels to obtain relevant information;
• Any other administrative tasks / ad hoc duties assigned by the manager

Requirement:

• 1-2 years expereince as a sales coordinator
