Responsible for managing and controlling the full project schedule across all stages - design, procurement, construction, and validation - to ensure timely project delivery in compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Schedule Development

• Develop and maintain comprehensive master schedules (Level 1-4) using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Consolidate schedule inputs from design, procurement, construction, and validation teams.
• Sequence key activities based on pharmaceutical project logic and process flow requirements.

Progress Tracking & Control

• Update site progress weekly, tracking critical paths and buffer times.
• Identify potential schedule slippages and support mitigation or recovery planning.
• Manage milestone schedules related to equipment installation and validation timelines.

Reporting & Communication

• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, including 3-week lookahead schedules.
• Provide schedule insights and updates during internal and client meetings.
• Assist in the preparation of Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and extension-of-time claims.

Risk Control & Coordination

• Participate in project risk assessments and integrate schedule-related risks into the project risk register.
• Collaborate with construction, safety, and logistics teams to optimize activity sequencing and minimize disruptions.

Validation Interface

• Coordinate with the validation team to ensure timely achievement of IQ/OQ readiness milestones.
