About the Role
We're a creative digital marketing agency rooted in the hospitality and lifestyle sectors - partnering with restaurants, hotels, and lifestyle brands to craft stories that inspire and connect. We're looking for a passionate Videographer & Video Editor to join our team and help bring our clients' campaigns to life through visually compelling content.

You'll play a key role in shaping how brands are seen and remembered, producing content that engages audiences across social media, digital platforms, and other creative campaigns.

What You'll Do

• Conceptualise, film, and edit engaging videos for digital campaigns, social media, and brand storytelling.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to translate briefs and ideas into strong visual narratives.
• Manage end-to-end production - from pre-production planning and shoot setup to post-production editing, colour grading, and sound design.
• Create platform-optimised content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, and YouTube.
• Maintain an organised library of footage, assets, and project files.
• Ensure consistency in visual style, tone, and brand identity across all video outputs.
• Stay ahead of emerging video trends, editing techniques, and storytelling formats that resonate with digital audiences.

What We're Looking For

• Strong creative portfolio showcasing your expertise in videography, editing, and storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro; knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
• Skilled in camera operation, lighting, and audio recording.
• Strong visual sense and attention to pacing, tone, and detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Collaborative team player with a passion for producing visually striking work.
