Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our Web3 institutional partnership initiatives.

This role focuses on building and maintaining strategic collaborations with global Web3 institutions - including exchanges, trading firms, funds, and liquidity providers - to support our liquidity, funding, and risk management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1.Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with Web3 and digital asset institutions such as exchanges, trading firms, funds, and liquidity providers.

2.Identify, negotiate, and execute business opportunities related to institutional funding, liquidity cooperation, and risk management solutions.

3.Collaborate with internal teams (trading, product, compliance, and risk) to ensure effective partnership implementation.

4.Represent the company at global Web3 and fintech industry events to strengthen the company's institutional presence and brand awareness.

5.Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities in the digital asset ecosystem.

Requirements

1.Fluent in both English and Chinese, able to handle international business communication independently.

2.Strong network within the Web3 and digital asset industry - including project teams, exchanges, funds, and institutional partners.

3.Good understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, digital asset trading, and liquidity management.

4.Excellent communication and execution skills, with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

1.Direct connections with exchanges, venture capital firms, or trading institutions.

2.Previous experience in digital asset business development, especially involving institutional partnerships or liquidity management.

3.Proven track record of expanding global or regional institutional relationships.

4.Familiarity with blockchain, decentralized finance (DeFi), and Web3 business models.
