Job Description
Job Requirement
- Lead the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and training & development.
- Ensure full compliance with MOM, CPF, IRAS, and other statutory regulations - including work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, tax clearances, and IR8A/IR21 submissions.
- Manage employee relations, including grievance handling and disciplinary matters, in a fair, transparent, and compliant manner.
- Develop, review, and update HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and the employee handbook in alignment with current industry practices and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirement
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the retail/service industry
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in managing a team
- Proficient in office software and management tools.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and Work Pass requirement
