Your Role & Responsibilities

-Perform finance-related tasks.

-Create invoices and manage billing processes.

-Prepare payroll.

-Monitor outstanding payments and follow up as needed.

-Handle vendor payments and operating expenses

-Prepare financial documents for audit.

-Assist with minor HR-related tasks, such as processing expense claims.

-Compiling financial data, creating reports and analyzing the financial health of the company

-Overseeing the finance department, including personnel matters for department managers

-Managing company budgets and establishing budget guidelines for all departments

-Forecasting company finances and creating financial models

-Identifying ways for the organization to cut costs and increase profits

-Assessing financial risks

-Enforcing policies and procedures that keep the company in compliance with financial regulations

Who We Are Looking For

✅ Degree Preffered.

✅ Proficient in Excel and comfortable handling financial data.

✅ At least five year of experience in an administrative or finance role.

✅ Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
