Job Title: Warehouse Assistant

Job Description / Scope:
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments and materials.
• Perform picking, packing, labeling, and dispatching of goods according to delivery schedules.
• Ensure accuracy in inventory management and stock records.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area.
• Conduct regular stock-taking and report any discrepancies.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
• Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor or warehouse manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum Secondary education or equivalent.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual work.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory systems (training provided).
• Forklift license will be an advantage.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.

Working Hours:

• 5.5 / 6-day work week (depending on company policy)
• Overtime may be required during peak periods

Salary Range:
