Green Link Digital Bank is Singapore's inaugural wholesale digital bank focusing on supply chain finance, mainly serving MSMEs and aiming to help MSMEs grow and improve digitization.
We are looking for an Operations Officer to grow our business and manage our Card Issuing business.
Responsibilities

• Card Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end card issuance lifecycle, including card embossing files generation, digital card provisioning, PIN management, card renewals, and replacements.
• Corporate Client Onboarding: Review and process Corporate Card applications, ensuring strict adherence to KYC/KYB (Know Your Business) requirements and internal credit policies.
• Vendor Management: Act as a liaison with card personalization bureaus to ensure timely printing and delivery of physical cards to customers.
• Settlement & Reconciliation: Perform daily clearing and settlement reconciliation with payment schemes (VISA/Mastercard) and internal General Ledger (GL) accounts. Investigate and resolve settlement breaks.
• Dispute Resolution (Chargebacks): Manage the end-to-end dispute resolution process. Review customer transaction disputes, initiate chargebacks where applicable, and ensure compliance with VISA/Mastercard dispute timelines and regulations.
• Fraud Monitoring: Monitor real-time transaction alerts using fraud detection tools; contact customers regarding suspicious activity and block/unblock cards as necessary.
• Process Improvement: Help establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the new Card business. Identify gaps in the Card Management System (CMS) and work with Product teams to implement the fixes (UAT support).
• Reporting: Prepare regulatory and management reports regarding card issuance volumes, transaction spend, active rates and fraud losses.
• Other responsibilities: Performing daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation of Nostro and Securities Custody accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of prior work experience in similar function in banking industry.
• Strong awareness of KYC/AML regulations and full understanding of Risks and Control requirements.
• Strong working compliance knowledge in card operations.
• Strong working knowledge of applicable card products and best practices of card processes.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to multi-task while staying detailed oriented and having effectivetime management skill.
• Ability to work independently while being an effective team player, with ability to manage work under pressure.
• Technological orientation with proficiency in MS Excel VBA an added advantage.
