Job Responsibilities:
• Plan, supervise, and implement class programmes in accordance with the centre's policies and curriculum framework.
• Prepare progress reports and developmental portfolios for each child every semester.
• Create a stimulating and engaging learning environment that encourages self-directed learning.
• Manage classroom activities and ensure children's safety, hygiene, and well-being at all times.
• Work collaboratively with other teaching staff to deliver quality early childhood education.
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with parents and caregivers.

Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education
• ECDA L2 Certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• At least 2 year of relevant experience in a preschool environment (preferred)
• High tolerance and genuine passion for working with children
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
