Job Description

Nice Beauty & Hair Salon is seeking an experienced and passionate Hair Salon Manager to lead our salon team and ensure the highest standards of service, professionalism, and client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, oversee hairstylists and beauty therapists, and drive the salon's business growth through exceptional service and effective team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate hairstylists and beauty staff to deliver top-quality service
• Oversee daily salon operations and ensure smooth customer flow
• Handle client enquiries, appointments, and feedback with professionalism
• Drive sales of salon services, packages, and retail products
• Monitor staff performance and provide training or coaching when needed
• Maintain salon cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards
• Manage inventory and supplier orders for hair products and tools
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and retention
• Assist in planning and executing promotions and marketing campaigns
• Handle cash closing, reports, and basic administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Hairdressing, Beauty Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a salon supervisory or managerial role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Skilled in salon operations, scheduling, and staff management
• Knowledge of current hair trends, products, and techniques
• Positive attitude, well-groomed, and customer-service oriented
• Able to work weekends and public holidays
• Bilingual in English and Tamil/Malay/Chinese is an advantage
