Key Responsibilities
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Develop and refine prompt engineering strategies to optimize responses from Azure OpenAI GPT models.
- Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for improved context handling and factual accuracy.
- Integrate LLMs with Azure services such as Azure Cognitive Search, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure OpenAI.
- Conduct A/B testing, user feedback analysis, and performance tuning to enhance chatbot accuracy, coherence, and latency.
- Collaborate with data and ML teams to streamline model versioning, deployment, and continuous improvement cycles.
- Ensure best practices for LLM safety, transparency, and ethical AI usage.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Deep understanding of LLMs and Azure OpenAI (GPT models).
- Expertise in prompt engineering, few-shot learning, and context optimization.
- Proficiency in Python and LangChain, with practical experience integrating with Azure AI services.
- Experience designing and optimizing RAG pipelines.
- Strong analytical mindset for performance evaluation and A/B experimentation.
- Familiarity with Azure Machine Learning or similar model deployment platforms.
- Bonus: Experience in multi-language LLM tuning and translation consistency validation.
