Job responsibilities:

• Participate in daily administrative tasks for operations department and site activities.

• Conduct safety inspections to ensure all site activities comply with safety requirements.

• Ensure workers adhere workplace safety regulations and requirements.

• Participate in regular inspections of equipment and tools to ensure compliance with safety requirements.

• Prepare reports related to ISO audit, BIZSAFE audit & Risk Assessments, etc.

• Conduct toolbox meeting to workers.

• Oversee and complete all documentation, permits, licenses required for WSH compliance.

• Ensure all documentation / permits / licenses related to work place safety, health and environmental control required by authorities and management are kept in order.

• Handle other ad-hoc duties as required..

Requirements:

• Ability of Mandarin and English speaking is necessary.

• Advance certificate in Workplace Safety & Health/NITEC in Engineering (Environment, Health, Safety) or relevant field.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

• Familiar with regulatory requirements related to workplace safety and health, and all other aspects of safety

• Possess a high level of the initiative, strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Prefer candidates with experience in semiconductor factory-related engineering.
