Job Description:

• Product Listing & Platform Integration: List products across platforms (Shopee, Facebook, TikTok, etc.). Ensure consistency in product info and images.
• Image Editing: Take picture and edit product images for high-quality listings and other generic use
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth & Monitor market trends and competitor strategies.
• Performance Tracking: Analyse sales performance against ROI goals. Recommend improvements for optimization.
• Price Consistency: Maintain consistent pricing across all platforms.
• Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability. Coordinate stock replenishment.
• Selling on Platforms: Manage selling activities on platforms like Shopee, Facebook, TikTok, etc. Run promotions and sales campaigns.
• Content Creation: Create engaging content for platforms like TikTok and 小红书. Maintain a content calendar.
• Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries and order management. Ensure timely order processing and fulfilment.
• Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform additional tasks as needed by management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, sales support, or administrative roles is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Analytical thinker with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and dedicated, with a positive attitude

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.30pm

Work Location: 5 Jalan Tepong, Singapore 619325

Salary Range: $2500 to $3500 per month
