  • Prepare and Issue customer invoices accurately and promptly.
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone and in person, providing timely and professional assistance.
  • Attend to walk-in-customers and support general front-desk operations.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and related arrangements with the warehouse team.
  • Perform daily cash and cheque reconciliation and ensure timely submission to the Finance Department.
  • Maintain and organize administrative documentation and filing systems.
  • Generate and consolidate operational and administrative reports as required.

Requirements
  • Min GCE O level or equivalent qualification
  • Proficient in MS office applications (Excel and Word)
  • Strong Interpersonal and communication skills with customer-oriented mindset.
  • Organized, proactive and able to work independently in a workshop environment.
  • 5.5 days work-week (Monday to Saturday)
