Requirements:
- Order Management: Prepare and verify sales, purchase, and inventory documents.
- Logistics Coordination: Arrange shipments and track transportation progress.
- Attendance Recording: Maintain attendance, overtime, and leave records.
- Procurement Support: Submit purchase requests and follow up on deliveries.
- Mail & Documentation: Handle incoming/outgoing mail and organize file archives.
- Administrative Support: Assist with meetings, reports, and daily factory administration.
- Other Duties: Complete additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
- Technical secondary school diploma or above; proficient in office software.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and good at communication and coordination.
- Prior experience in factory administration or clerical work preferred.
- Able to work bilingually in Chinese and English (both written and spoken).
