Job Description:

• Welcome and serve customers with a friendly attitude
• Recommend products and answer questions about our chocolate and ice cream
• Prepare and serve drinks and ice cream carefully and quickly
• Operate the cash register (POS) and handle payments correctly
• Keep the shop clean and tidy, including the display and seating areas
• Help with restocking and simple preparation tasks
• Follow food hygiene and safety rules

Requirements:

• Cheerful and positive attitude
• Friendly, neat, and confident talking to customers
• Able to work on rotation, including Saturdays and public holidays (shop closed on Sundays)
• No experience needed - training provided
• Fresh graduates and chocolate lovers are welcome!
