This role acts as the primary link between the project team, management, and clients, resolving issues and motivating the team to meet project goals.

- Execution: Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to execute project tasks. Delegate work to team members and provide clear direction.
- Budgeting and resource management: Manage and oversee the project budget, ensuring it stays within financial limits. Allocate and manage project resources, including manpower and materials.
- Stakeholder communication: Act as the main point of contact between the project team and stakeholders, including clients and senior management. Provide regular reports on project progress.
- Risk management: Identify potential risks and problems, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Quality control: Ensure the final project meets quality standards and complies with all relevant regulations.
- Leadership and team motivation: Lead, motivate, and support the project team to ensure they meet deadlines and project goals.
Key qualifications and skills
- Experience: Previous experience in project management, often with a proven track record of managing projects from start to finish.
- Leadership skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and organize a team.
- Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with team members, clients, and management.
- Organizational skills: Excellent organizational skills to maintain project documentation, track progress, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
