Task include :

- Assisting Head Chef in the preparation, cooking and presentation of dishes to the highest quality,

- Assisting the Head Chef planning menus for the outlet and for events.

- Keeping stock of inventory

- Ensure Cleanliness of Kitchen and compliance with all licensing requirements.

- Support the Service staff in delivering all dishes in a timely manner

Our Outlet is a Western International Bistro serving Burgers, Steaks, Pasta and Local fusion dishes.

Jayleen Lifestyle is part of a Group which owns and Manages Hotels and Shophouses and our

outlet, J Bistro serves Western international Cuisine with a good mixture of alcoholic drinks (Beers, Wines, Spirits, Cocktails), as well as other beverages.
