Responsibilities:

• Attend to walk-in customers, assist with queries, purchases, and provide product recommendations
• Offer professional and unbiased advice on our products and services
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
• Ensure store cleanliness and proper product merchandising on a daily basis
• Work towards achieving individual and store sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of sales or retail experience
• Strong interest or basic knowledge in Feng Shui is an advantage
• Friendly, positive, and outgoing personality
• Committed to delivering customer satisfaction
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
