• Act as a vital link between on-site operations and overall project management to ensure efficient project execution, compliance with quality and safety standards, and continuous improvement in delivery outcomes.
• Monitor and track the master construction program, prepare recovery or catch-up plans, and adjust schedules to minimize delays and achieve timely project completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize manpower, materials, and equipment utilization for maximum productivity.
• Work closely with consultants and the technical team to resolve discrepancies in drawings and address technical challenges before work commencement.
• Assist in preparing project budgets, monitor cost performance, and ensure expenditures align with financial forecasts to support project profitability.
• Review and enforce method statements, risk assessments, and work procedures in compliance with quality and safety requirements.
• Prepare, maintain, and present detailed progress reports and documentation for internal management and client review.
• Conduct regular coordination meetings with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to communicate project status, clarify issues, and initiate corrective measures.
• Identify potential risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities on-site and recommend process enhancements to strengthen operational excellence.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Preferable 5 years of experience in managing completed condominium or large-scale construction projects.
