• Lead the team to deliver HDB projects efficiently and on time.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and project resources.
• Coordinate construction activities and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities to meet project requirements.
• Uphold safety, quality, and cost-efficiency standards throughout project execution.

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• At least 8 years' experience managing HDB or large-scale projects (preferably with A1 Main Contractor).
