• Lead and manage integrated project schedules across tender and construction phases.
• Develop tender programs, master schedules, and recovery plans for large-scale projects.
• Partner with Project and Contracts teams to optimize resource allocation and mitigate schedule risks.
• Approve and substantiate EOT and variation claims with time-impact analyses.
• Enforce planning governance, QA processes, and change control procedures.
• Deliver executive reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Manage and mentor the planning team to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of relevant planning experience in large projects (≥ S$100M) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CPM, EOT substantiation, and program governance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
