• Drive end-to-end delivery of HDB projects - from planning to completion.
• Manage costs, schedules, and manpower to ensure efficient project execution.
• Partner with clients, consultants, and authorities to meet all technical and regulatory requirements.
• Uphold BCA, MOM, and client standards for safety, quality, and compliance.
• Lead with a focus on excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• At least 8 years' experience managing HDB or large-scale projects (preferably with A1 Main Contractor).
