Job Description & Requirements

- Monitor and control the movement of trucks, trailers, and containers

- Plan and set priorities for daily activities efficiently

- Assign jobs to drivers

- Monitor and track job progress to ensure all assignments are delivered timely

- Control and monitor closely with drivers on their movement

- Communicate and handle drivers' feedback and problems efficiently

- Process and handle documentation

- Coordinate and communicate closely with customer service for all customer trucking

- Communicate closely with team to improve and maximize company resources

- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Nitec or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in coordinating or deploying drivers for container or loose cargo trucking operations.
• Good knowledge of local land transport regulations, routes, and logistical processes in Singapore.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
• Able to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
• Meticulous, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
