• Lead and oversee Building Information Modelling (BIM) implementation across all assigned projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry best practices.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce BIM standards, workflows, templates, and protocols to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
• Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure all BIM deliverables meet contractual and technical requirements.
• Review, audit, and validate BIM models for accuracy, quality, and compliance with project and company standards.
• Provide ongoing BIM training, guidance, and technical support to project and design teams to build organizational competency.
• Manage and monitor BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), ensuring timely delivery of milestones and data exchanges throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to integrate digital construction processes, promote innovation, and enhance overall project delivery through technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Preferred 8 years of BIM-related experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
• Strong technical proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related tools.
• Sound understanding of ISO 19650 standards, BIM execution planning, and information management protocols.
