Experienced Personal Assistant to Director - Family and Corporate Focus

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Private Personal Assistant or Household Manager to oversee all aspects of a private residence. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, hands-on problem-solver responsible for comprehensive property maintenance, household staff management, family administrative tasks, and vendor coordination. This is a dynamic role requiring exceptional resourcefulness, a proven track record in managing the diverse needs of a private family, and the ability to handle complex logistical and administrative challenges with efficiency and discretion.
Job Scope:
- Property maintenance
- Managing household related tasks; guide and monitor household staff
- Managing family admin related tasks
- Scheduling, trip planning, and sourcing
- Source and liaise with contractors, suppliers, and third-party vendors/service providers
- Negotiate for best deal in transactions
- Running errands
Work experience:
- Proficient in dealing with third-party vendors and ensuring completion of contracted services
- Strong in day-day cost management as well as negotiation with service providers/vendors
- Experience in dealing with various aspects of day-to-day family life and the associated tasks and admin. DO NOT apply if you have not coped with complications arising out of household issues, renovations, owning properties, employing staff, and troubleshooting problems related to day-to-day family life
- 7-10 years of admin and personal assistant experience
- Prior concierge experience preferred
Skillsets required:
- Resourceful, results-oriented, and demonstrates initiative and ownership
- Organized, structured, and meticulous; proficient in Mircosoft excel and words.
- Technology savvy; can assemble store-bought items correctly based on manuals included
- Great interpersonal skills; understands when to be unyielding and firm, and when to be patient and collaborative when dealing with household staff and third-party providers
- Focuses on achieving best outcome when sourcing for required services and/or products. Can achieve great balance between cost optimization and fulfillment of needs at the same time
- Driving license preferred
- Fluency in English is a must; Bahasa preferred

Job benefits:
- 60k-72k annual salary plus discretionary bonus of 1-6 months depending on performance
- Flexible working hours (to be discussed and agreed mutually)

- Potential to gain knowledge and know-how in professional level investing and finance (guidance provided by employer if proven to be a worth employee)
