️ Role Summary

To support daily IT operations, infrastructure, and healthcare system integrations. You will work closely with Regional IT Manager to ensure smooth IT performance, system reliability, and compliance with Singapore's healthcare IT standards.

⚙️ Key Duties

• Support daily IT operations across LIS, hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications.
• Troubleshoot and maintain system uptime, performance, and security.
• Assist in IT projects - liaise with internal users, vendors, and government agencies (e.g. Synapse, HPB).
• Support IT security, audit documentation, and compliance efforts.
• Manage and test software integration and development (PHP, Python, MySQL, MSSQL, RESTful APIs).
• Provide user support, training, and technical documentation.
• Recommend continuous improvements and stay current with healthcare IT trends.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience supporting healthcare or lab IT systems.
• Proficient in PHP, Python, MySQL, MSSQL, and RESTful APIs; Windows-based development experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HL7, TCP/IP, and System Integration concepts.
• Familiar with laboratory instrumentation (e.g. Siemens, Roche).
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
