Responsibilities:

HR Strategy and Planning

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

• Advise management on HR policies, workforce planning, and manpower budgeting.

• Ensure compliance with the Employment Act, CPF Act, MOM regulations, and other statutory requirements.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

• Manage full-cycle recruitment-from job posting, interview, selection, and offer management.

• Build employer branding and talent pipelines for key positions.

• Work with government portals such as MyCareersFuture.

Compensation and Benefits

• Oversee payroll administration and statutory contributions (CPF, SDL, SHG).

• Review and benchmark salary structures and benefits packages.

Employee Relations and Engagement

• Manage employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

• Conduct investigations for misconduct cases according to MOM guidelines.

• Implement employee engagement, retention, and welfare programs.

Performance Management

• Oversee appraisal systems, KPI setting, and performance reviews.

• Support line managers with feedback and performance improvement plans.

HR Policies and Compliance

• Develop, review, and update HR policies and employee handbook.

• Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act, PDPA, WSHA, and other relevant legistration.

HR Operations and Systems

• Maintain Human Resource Information System and employee databases.

• Prepare HR metrics, turnover reports, and headcount analysis for management review.

• Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality under the PDPA.

Team Management

• Collaborate with department heads on manpower and succession planning.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Only Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents will be considered for this position.
  • 5 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Knowledge of Singapore labor laws and MOM regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Mandarin to effectively assist mandarin speaking Managers.
