We are a Training Provider running WSQ courses & looking to expand our courses & wish to invite you to join us.

Core Responsibilities

- Training Program Development: Assess training needs, design, and develop engaging training materials and programs tailored to organizational goals.

- Training Delivery: Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees.

- Evaluation & Improvement: Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to enhance learning outcomes.

- Collaboration: Work with department heads to align training programs with specific business needs and objectives.

- Compliance: Ensure training programs adhere to legal and company policies.

- Manage admin processes

Key Duties

- Needs Analysis: Identify training gaps within the organization.

- Curriculum Design & Development: Create relevant training content addressing business objectives.

- Training Coordination: Schedule and conduct training sessions.

- Performance Tracking: Maintain training records and track employee progress.

- Quality Assurance: Conduct quality audits and implement improvement plans.

- Coaching & Mentoring: Provide support to employees and junior trainers.

- Any duties assign by the company

Essential Skills

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Leadership: Strong leadership and organizational abilities.

- Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.

- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with learning management systems and training software.
